• The minimum age for admission is 11 years.

• Pupils must sit for an entrance test in Maths, English, and if necessary their parents will be interviewed. A fee of £15.00 will have to be paid for the entrance test on the day of the test.

• Applications should be submitted in writing using the school's standard admissions form together with a copy of the birth certificate and last school report.

• On successful acceptance of an applicant, a small deposit of £50.00 will be required in advance unless otherwise agreed. This deposit will be refundable when the pupil leaves the school, provided all outstanding fees are paid, all text books are returned and no damage is done to school property.

• A weaker candidate may be offered a place in a class on condition that she attends tuition which is held after normal school hours.

• If a student fails the core subjects: English, Maths and Science, then at the end of the academic year, the student will be required to repeat the year.

The school is financed entirely by the fees given by parents, charitable donations and from well wishers who support private Education. This annual academic fee can be paid either in full at the start of the school year, or in three installments, usually at the beginning of each term, i.e. in September, January and April. Fees may be paid in smaller amounts by arrangement with the school.

The fee is not inclusive of out of school activities, or any textbooks that the school may recommend other than those used in the classroom.

The fees may be subject to change, for September 2003/04 they were £1,050 per pupil.
